Your 90 days go on your own account, so they follow you to every device. Sign in with the email the code was sent to, and the days are added the moment you arrive.
After the 90 days, keep going with the family plan (one family plan covers every child in your home: $29 a month, or $299 for 12 months), or stop. Your choice.
