A New Page is an Orton-based program, built on the same structured-literacy principles as Orton-Gillingham. It is not a substitute for a certified OG tutor when a child needs one, but it is real explicit phonics you can do every night, and it works beautifully as home practice between tutoring sessions.

A New Page is an Orton-based program built on the same structured-literacy principles as Orton-Gillingham, and it is reviewed by a reading specialist with 41 years of teaching. It is not a replacement for a certified OG tutor when a child needs one, but it is excellent daily home practice.
Can I use it alongside a tutor?
Yes. Many families use it as structured home practice between tutoring sessions, so the tutor's work continues every night.
Is it really multisensory?
Yes. Your child sees the word, reads it aloud, and hears it, and the app will say any word that sticks.
What does it cost?
The reading check is free for everyone. The program is a free week with no card, then $29 a month, the founding family price, and some state ESA and scholarship programs pay for it.
Will my price go up?
No. If you join now, you pay the founding family price, $29 a month or $299 a year, for as long as you’re with us. Pausing doesn’t change it. If our prices change later, that’s only for families who join after. On the year plan, your next year is $299 too.
