Our family safety standard, in plain words
Every episode in every world is held to the same promises before your child ever sees it.
- ✓Wonder over menace, alwaysReal tension, real stakes, a storm closing in or one night left, because a story with nothing to lose is a story nobody begs to continue. But never trauma: no graphic peril, no horror, and nothing dies on the page. Your child can be gripped and still sleep well.
- ✓Nothing we wouldn't read our own kidsNo ads, no romance, no politics, no scary-for-scary's-sake. Written and reviewed by us, line by line, before it reaches a child. No content is generated on the fly into your child's hands unchecked.
- ✓The teaching is sacredThis is a structured-literacy program first and a story second, by design. If a storytelling choice ever competed with the reading rigor, rigor would win. In practice they pull together: the story exists to make the reading practice happen.
- ✓Every line your child reads, they can actually readThe child's lines are built only from sounds they have already been taught, so they are never set up to fail on the page. You read the rich narration; your child reads the hero's lines, and those lines are the biggest moments in the story.
- ✓The hero drives the story, and the hero is your childThe child's reading is what moves the plot. Every episode ends with a pull to tomorrow night, a reveal, a question, a door left open, because we want them asking for one more page.

The worlds
Every world is written in two registers, a bright one for younger readers (about 5 to 10) and a grown-up one for older readers (11 to 18), and the text itself is always built at your child's exact reading step, never their grade. The Littles (ages 3 to 6) get their own shelf of tiny First Readers books.
